It doesn’t matter what they are, I love them all – give me coffee, give me beer, give me wine, give me spirits, give me sodas, give me kombuchas. I really don’t care - if it can be slurped, you bet I’m slurping (just please, don’t give me tequila).

Having run beer shops, cafes and curated drinks lists for various events and businesses, I like to think I’m a seasoned drinks expert - but as with anything, there’s always more to learn slurp.

My particular favourites are speciality coffee and natural wine - and these will act as the cornerstones for this project. Join me as I navigate a world of liquids; what they taste like, how they’re made, who’s making the best ones (and where to get them) and so much more.
